Seattle Children’s Opens Renovated Dialysis Unit

On March 10, timed with World Kidney Day, Seattle Children’s Hospital opened its newly renovated dialysis unit. The unit is expected to significantly improve patient comfort and safety compared to its predecessor facility, and includes an additional 630 square feet of space for a total of almost 2,400 square feet.

His comments follow a report by independent assessors from England who said that facilities fall short of what is expected in the 21st century.
